Vehicle WRap Care
Vehicle wrap aftercare:
How often should I wash my vehicle?
We suggest washing your vehicle whenever it looks bad. Meaning, this is your brand, you always want it present the best possible image.
Can I take my vehicle into a drive-through car wash?
Yes, however we suggest using a brushless carwash if you opt to go this route.
Is pressure washing ok?
Not really. If you pressure wash your vehicle there is a good chance your gonna pull up the vinyl. This will void the warranty.
Are they special prodcuts to wash by hand?
Yes. 3M® Car Wash Soap 39000, Meguiar’s NXT Generation® Car Wash or Deep Crystal® Car Wash will all work fine. Make sure you read the instructions and take care in the drying method. We suggest a microfibre towel..
Bugs, birds and other crazy contaminates
Clean any foreign contaminate immediately. Letting it sit for too may permanently damage the vehicle's branding. Try soaking the area for a few minutes with warm, soapy water to loosen the contaminants. Then rinse and wipe with a microfiber cloth.
For stubborn contaminants, try denatured alcohol, 3M® Citrus Base Cleaner, Meguiar's Gold Class™ Bug, and Stain Remover or two parts isopropyl alcohol to one part water. Always test these solutions on a small area that's not easily noticeable to ensure the cleaner will not harm the finish. Do not use solvents or oil-based cleaning products!
Fuel drips by the fill tank.
Wipe the area immediately with a wet paper towel and water.
Can I detail my vehicle after it is wrapped.
We offer this service due to the products needed to keep your finish in it's original or enhanced condition.
We recommend you park your vehicle in a shaded area. Direct sun can burn the horizontal surfaces of your vehicle and void your warranty.
