Privacy Update | Connecticut Law
Yesterday, Connecticut passed Connecticut SB6

Yesterday, Connecticut passed Connecticut SB6, which protects the privacy of residents of the state. And, just like all other privacy laws, this law can apply to businesses outside of the state of Connecticut.

You can learn more about this new privacy law, who it applies to, and what businesses must do to comply by accessing our compliance guide here:

While this law goes into effect on July 1, 2023, we will continue monitoring its progress, including amendments and Attorney General regulations and will keep you informed as to the effects that this new law will have on your Privacy Policy.

No further action is required at this time.
